CONSUMER LAW GROUP has launched a Canada-wide class action lawsuit against several companies in the U.S., Canada, China, and Taiwan, who make and sell telescopes.
This antitrust class action is based on the claim that these telescope companies engaging in anticompetitive actions to manipulate prices and allocate markets for telescopes sales in Canada.
As a result of this price-fixing, purchasers of consumer telescopes have been illegally overcharged millions of dollars for telescopes since at least 2005.
