CONSUMER LAW GROUP has launched a national class action lawsuit against the adult website You Porn on behalf of individuals who have visited the websites www.youporn.com, www.youporngay.com and www.youporncocks.com.

The class action litigation involves the use of “history sniffing” or “history hijacking” techniques to intentionally and knowingly capture personal and private information from unsuspecting users of its websites without their knowledge or consent.

o All residents in Canada who have visited the Respondent’s YOUPORN Websites, or any other group to be determined by the Court.

Alternately (or as a subclass)

o All residents in Quebec who have visited the Respondent’s YOUPORN Websites, or any other group to be determined by the Court.
