Darvon Side Effects National Class Action |
CONSUMER LAW GROUP has launched a national class action lawsuit against the makers of the drug Darvon, manufactured by Paladin Labs, on behalf of individuals who have suffered from heart rate or rhythm abnormalities.
Heart rate or rhythm abnormalities caused by the use of Darvon, includes the following symptoms:
• Dizziness
• Light Headedness
• Fainting
• Heart Palpitations
• Heart Attack

The class action lawsuit identifies the group of affected persons as:
o All persons residing in Canada who have taken and/or purchased the drug DARVON-N (dextropropoxyphene) their successors, assigns, family members, and dependants, or any other group to be determined by the Court.
Alternately (or as a subclass)
o All persons residing in Quebec who have taken and/or purchased the drug DARVON-N (dextropropoxyphene) their successors, assigns, family members, and dependants, or any other group to be determined by the Court.
